Patient Forms
When entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you into a warm and friendly environment. If you have not already downloaded and completed our new patient forms before your visit then we will request that you complete them in our office. This paperwork gives us information regarding your health history and current condition.
Consultation
Next, you will have your initial consultation with Dr. A. Morse. During this time you will discuss your current health condition, health related problems, your concerns and some potential treatment options. This initial visit is so that Dr. Morse can learn more about you and your condition as well as informing you on the expectations of how chiropractic care can meet your goals.
Examination
After completion of your initial patient consultation, Dr. Morse will perform a complete chiropractic examination. This includes testing your reflexes and flexibility as well as other standard postural, orthopedic, neurological and physical tests. Any tests conducted at our clinic will be done with your full understanding and consent.
X-Ray Studies
X-rays help to alert us of any serious spinal conditions. Depending upon your current health situation, Dr. Morse may take X-rays during your examination. These X-Rays will help Dr. Morse to develop the most effective treatment plan for you. Most people are amazed at seeing their X-Rays up close and can often identify misalignments themselves.
Report of Findings
Once all of the information is gathered from your patient forms, consultation and examination; Dr. Morse will give you a detalied report of her findings and answer any of your questions which may include:
- How can you help me?
- How often will I need to receive treatment?
- What is the cost of treatment?
- Does insurance cover my treatment?
Treatment
Treatments may include spinal adjustments, physiotherapy or other options once exams and necessary x-rays are completed. The treatment is highly interactive so you can discuss or express your concerns about the different styles of treatment at anytime.
Wellness Program
A wellness program will be suggested to incorporate with your treatments. Every person is unique so Dr. Morse will work to develop a customized wellness plan for each and every patient. The purpose of the wellness program is to aide in your treatment as well as promote a good spinal alignment, healthy diet, healthy exercise program and to maintain a positive mental state.
